TEAC TN-5BB Manual Belt-Drive Turntable (Black Marble)

The TEAC TN-5BB is a high-performance belt-drive analog turntable designed for precision sound reproduction. Featuring a hybrid chassis made of synthetic marble, washi paper, and MDF, it effectively suppresses vibrations, ensuring clear audio. The turntable includes a 9-inch S-shaped tonearm with a knife-edge bearing, developed in collaboration with SAEC, for enhanced soundstage clarity. It also boasts the Platter Rotation Sensing Servo System (PRS3), which ensures precise speed control and supports 33-⅓, 45, and 78 rpm playback.

The TN-5BB features a 20mm thick acrylic platter for high inertial momentum, reducing static buildup. The built-in XLR outputs offer balanced MC connections for superior signal transmission, while the included Ortofon 2M RED MM cartridge provides immediate listening enjoyment. The turntable’s design incorporates a beautiful contrast of piano black and pearl black finishes, along with luxurious extruded aluminum components. It also includes an automatic arm-lifting function and uses high-performance PC-Triple C material for wiring, ensuring clear and precise signal delivery.
